The Bar at Stokes Bay Sailing Club
Open every Wednesday and Friday evening, and Sunday lunchtime, we offer a warm, friendly atmosphere all year round.
Opening Times:
• Wednesday: 18:30 – 22:30
• Friday: 18:30 – 22:30
• Sunday: 12:00 – 16:00

Whether you’re after a post-sail drink or a relaxed evening out, our bar is the perfect spot to unwind.
Our bar serves a wide selection of wines, spirits, and both draught and bottled beers, including real ales from some of the finest local breweries such as Powder Monkey, Flower Pots Brewery, Bowman Ales, and Langhams of Petworth. We also feature regular draught beers from Fullers and Powder Monkey Brewery, alongside local favourites like Steam Town Brewery.
Look out for special promotions throughout the year, where we offer discounted prices on selected wines, spirits, and beers.
Planning an event? The bar is also available for hire in conjunction with the club, making it the ideal setting for celebrations, parties, and gatherings.
The Galley at Stokes Bay Sailing Club
Our Galley is at the heart of the club’s social scene.
Opening Times:
• Sunday: Morning and Lunchtime
• Wednesdays: April to September
• Fridays: Select Fridays throughout the year

Whether you’re coming off the water after a busy sail or just popping in to relax, the Galley offers a classic menu to suit sailors and club-goers alike. With regular Specials, Sunday Roasts, Foody Fridays, and other club events, it’s the perfect place to fuel up, catch up, and enjoy great food with friends.
With a welcoming atmosphere and a menu that’s always changing to keep things exciting, the Galley is a true highlight of the club.
